I love books and there are such a great tool to learn. I usually read non-fictional books that serve me in life and in my professional career. I will continue to update this page with all the books I will be reading or have read and would recommend.

• Organizational Design - Richart M.Burton, Borge Obel, Dorthe Dojbak Hakonsson - A step by step guide on how to design an organization. Proposing a holistic model while communicating the fundamentals of both traditional and new organizational design changes. This guide is ideal for Managers or Executives interested in assessing their organization and taking steps to redesign it for success.
