- How does Coaching work? We can start with a quick chat on the phone to understand your needs and then coordinate a meeting or a call.
- Coaching expenses: You can claim back your Coaching expenses from your tax declaration. I can provide you more context to that.
- How do I know it will be worth it? No therapy, Coaching or Consultation can gurantee success. Same with life. It will highly depend on your willingness to change and your openness to the tools I provide. All of my clients have left their Coachings happier and in a better place thus far.
- Whats the difference between Coaching and Therapy? Therapy is more focused on the past, problem-oriented, looking for the root cause of an issue where as Coaching is directed towards the future, solution and goal oriented, understanding the cause but moving on to find a way to improve in the future.
- What is the difference between Business and Life Coaching? Business Coaching will help you develop new skills in your professional career and tackle specific needs in your professional environment, where as Life Coaching goes deeper into the ralm of Self Development and personal growth. Coaching helps people grow, improve, find solutions to their problems, break reocurring patterns and finally transform. Coaching will give you the ability to reframe your thinking, to challenge how you have thought before, can reduce overthinking and improve your confidence.
- Confidentiality: All of the information shared in our Coaching session will be treated at 100% confidentiality. This is crucial for every Coach to set the tone for a trusting environment and Coach-Client relationship.
- Prices: Prices differ from your need. Based on your need, we will decide how many Sessions you may need and want and what other Services you would like to have included.
